I am one of the many users who reload from boost and ocasionally buy gold when the gold price is low. I also enrol in the smartsaver rm150/month from the money store in my wallet. Since HelloGold remove this addcash feature, I have no choice but to cancel my Smartsaver and sell all my gold and withdraw all the cash to my bank account.

Just to clear a possible doubt, I would like to inform everyone that you still can Buy Gold directly OR fund your SmartSaver goal using both Boost and Online Banking.

Under the "Select payment method", there will be a dropdown for:
1) Cash Balance
2) Online Banking
3) Boost

If you have sufficient Cash Balance, you can utilize it to buy the amount of gold you would like OR Fund your SmartSaver goal. Alternatively, you can use your Online Banking account or your Boost account to make your purchase OR fund your SmartSaver account.
