I try to add cash just now of rm250.. but the money didn’t added to hellogold cash balance n deducted from my boost wallet..
What can I do now? Anyone have the same experience? |

Anyone experience the recovery of account due to change of mobile device? I’ve submitted the acc recovery process on Friday after I changed to new phone device to login, it mentioned need 1 working day to process the verification. Today receive the email said recovery approved. But, when I go to the app, it asked me to repeat the step again to recover the account.. so, why they email me n said it is approved but ended up I still can’t login..

Maybe is Boost ask HG to stop this feature, coz Boost is the one who "paying" for the rewards which indirectly bear the buying & selling fee for HG users

Anyone able to receive OTP from HG? Tried more than 3 times still no OTP even I airplane mode my phone
