Been long time since I use hellogold. Any changes on fees ? Last time, they charge fees on gold store in the account on monthly basic? Still the same concept?

Does hellogold still charge administrative fees per month on storing gold on their app? My last experience, 2019. They did charge that fees per month.

Found the answer. they still charge administrative fees. Bank don't charge fees when store gold.

Administrative Fee
We charge an annual administrative fee of 2% to keep your gold safe and secure. The fee is calculated daily and charged on a monthly basis. Should you sell your gold before the monthly charge period, your fee will be calculated based on the number of days you held your gold with us.

I just sold off everything. They also charge daily administrative fees even few minutes. lucky got grab point promo to cover up.
