Hi guys, correct me if I am wrong, lets say i buy and sell gold between you and me. Like i give you cash, you give me a certain amount of gold via the HelloGold app, there are no fees charged right? Putting aside whether i trust you or not lah?

On another topic, how many of you find this unsettling (refer photo)?
Is this normal? AFAIK they're suppose to have it in stock, no? Again too long to read the terms (again).
