It seems I was only able to add cash RM30 for 5 times from Boost this morning. 
The same error message occurred two days ago, when I did 5 times of Add-Cash (RM30 thrice, RM500 twice).

So I'm curious whether HelloGold set a frequency of Add-Cash transfer from Boost?

Thanks so much! Yep that's what I noticed too. I was just thinking to slowly topup RM30 for 50 times to get RM1 cashback from Boost, until RM1.5k Boost wallet limit. It is going to take 10 days then 😅

Hello all. You may face some technical difficulties while trying to 'Add Cash' or 'Buy Gold' via Boost wallet due to an unexpected error with Boost's server.

I've managed to topup 5 times everyday for the past few days, but today I only managed to topup 3 times before the error message appeared. Hmmm 🤔

For Boost, I only use to earn coins via RM100 topup, and to transfer to HG to buy gold. I do buy gold via Hello Gold, and have been doing so for the past 6 months.

Only this past one week I noticed I can withdraw cash easily via HG for free.

Opened new account tested some withdrawal and very satisfied with the speed of transfer.

I've read the thread from the beginning, seeing posts regarding withdrawal time ranging from 2 days to more than a week and would like to test it out myself before deciding whether to be in for the long term.

1. Small amount (first time - chap fan amount)
Before 10AM - Submitted bank account for withdrawal and bank statement photo. Bank account verified around half hour later.
8PM - Money in Maybank (time of checking around 8PM, might be earlier between 6PM-8PM)

2. Bigger amount (a little under 5 digit)
Before 10AM - Submitted withdrawal
7:30PM - Money in Maybank (again time of checking, might be earlier between 6PM-7:30PM)

For now I shall mark my HG portion liquidation time as  <T+3.

No. You can redeem physical gold with delivery fee and insurance fee (cost must be high - can read back post).

Thank you for the info, was planning to get one (RM120) on this friday (due to travelling in one of the month and only have up to 7 days to make payment before due date). Start smart saver plan any day, and starting date on weekend have no extra charge right?

I think a better alternative for HelloGold is to introduce withdrawal fee like Boost, and if it's not practical, to only impose withdrawal fee for "top up then withdraw" kind of transactions.

By removing entirely the 'Add Cash' feature, HelloGold will see certain drop in the number of user and of course usage. As some have mentioned, some people will like to reload now but only buy gold at an opportune time, not now.

Buy rm50 got 200? I tot max only 100coins. Meaning u get Bonus boost coins?
