Yupe, facing issue reload via Boost, tried 3 times to get it done.

Me and my friends tried to use the add cash feature by using boost but our balance in hello gold did not get reflected. Any reason ?

Hi, I had just recently open up an account under Hello Gold and had spend quite some money into it. I previously bought bullions but then I sold it, since it’s rather difficult to maintain one without knowing where is the safest place to keep it which is a great hassle especially when you want to sell it.

I get it with HG, it’s hassle free but my biggest concern is if I wanted to sell my gold in Hello Gold Account, will I be able to:

1) Obtain the amount of money through the gold I sold by crediting it into account of my choice? Or

2) I can only withdraw the cash at certain places only I.3 Hello Gold office perhaps? ; or

3) I can only withdraw in cash or bullion when I Hit certain amount of gold in my Hello Gold Account?

I rmbr the lowest I ever seen in HG during my 3 mths engagement with them was rm168+.

You could have brought it at the time when network is congested with other buyer? This month hellogold should have a lot of transaction going on.
I did buy before 8am, so what u claimed after 6pm and before 8am is not applicable.

This morning around 9am I can still make transaction, but just now show me transaction failed message again.

Guess need to make transaction in the early morning to avoid congested?

u mean that day after update u buy gold no shake but after few days got 50c?

Me got it too..I remember I cleared all my shake rewards before update. And I did perform 1x hellogold after the update,so the 50c from hellogold transaction?
