sometimes ppl are just not comfortable to share in public
there are possiblity that some consider this type of activity illegal and some even said it is consider money laundering
to me this is consider a service render by HelloGold
I decided to top up RM4.5k into hellogold with my boost account and then 5 days later I no longer interested to buy gold so I withdraw all 4.5k out
I dont see it illegal or money laundering since i change my mind and i am sure Bank Negara would not mind as well as
if hellogold say i need to at least buy gold with the money i deposit then i will write to bank negara to look into hellogold as it is illegal to force someone to invest his/her money into any investment product and they could not put that in their terms since it is illegal as well
this is my opinion saja la.. sendiri talk sendiri syok
What? Money laundering that I'm hearing?
Come on! All these are traceable; much easier to trace than BP cash withdrawal from the ATM machine.
Source fund (CC/Fund transfer) ---> Boost (got record in source bank & Boost)
Boost ---> HG (got record in Boost and HG)
HG ---> SA (got record in HG and beneficiary bank)
Don't forgot that you need to validate your CASA tied to HG with a front page of your CASA passbook/e-statement
Financial Services Act 2013 records retention min period is how many years?
