I enter IC then password, shows password incorrect. How?
I read their user manual says password needs to be alpha numberical small & big cap. the password just the IC number. now kenot log in. how? i got 2 fillings need to do both same problem. |

You can try selecting forgot password and choose send temporary login detail to your phone.
