To be honest im puzzled why he is so disappointed.
This round pre-ordered is way way much easier than previous 2-3 pre-ordered. I don't even need to put much effort to pre-ordered 2 sets.

Didn't heard before any pre-ordered eligible for trade in. After all the trade in that Samsung offered pretty low.

Is not that too difficult to sell off the current phones.

One thing I noticed, usually clueless non-technie customers are the most difficult to handle and fullfil their need.

After all s8/s8+ consider cheapest s8 around the globe.

Understand this round pre-ordered offer not as good as before but somehow is understandable in current economic situation.

If feeling the pinch, why even thought to buy S8/s8+ or iPhones.
