Just got my lazada set.. ninja van delivery is so bad and so slow.. had to call a few times to trace the driver..
Any way, my set got the red tint issue.. thats the risk buying online from lazada i guess, harder to change on the spot compared to collecting from samsung center.. anyway i will try to see if the software fix can help if not will see what options does lazada has to rectify..

QUOTE(crazycrazyman @ May 5 2017, 12:40 AM) *#12580*369# look at the RF Cal. What impact will it give to my screen if i dont remove the TGP with rainbow effect on my phone? Mine is manufactured 20 April. Even with patch and red correction, still got red on upper edge. Slightly annoying but for normal use should be okay lah. Without the red correction (setting at 0), it looks really pure red! Hahaha

Anybody tried their 4G LTE speedtest? This should work with our S8 if you are using celcom : https://www.lowyat.net/2017/130344/celcom-w...te-august-2017/I will try later with my celcom vs webe sim card and see how. QUOTE Celcom users, good news: the telco company just announced its plan to roll out “Lightning Fast LTE” in the coming months. Taking advantage of 4-transmit-4-receiver (4T4R) technology, this enables download speeds of up to 400Mbps.
To put things into context, Celcom mention that current 4G speeds peak at up to 300Mbps. Needless to say, Celcom’s Lightning Fast LTE promised speed of up to 400Mbps is very interesting; the company actually played a 4K video without any buffering at the launch event.
However, Celcom did mention that the performance of Lightning Fast LTE will depend on the capability of users’ devices. Among the devices that can take advantage of the improved speeds are Samsung’s Galaxy S8 devices and the Huawei P10 Plus– MIMO-enabled smartphones, basically.
According to Celcom, Lightning Fast LTE has been initiated in the Klang Valley area, and it’s expected to be ready from August 2017 onwards. Of course, it will be gradually expanded to other major cities too.

I saw a heated 'discussion' about extra micro usb type c cable a few pages back.. well the PO powerbank uses type c as the input, and the given cable for the powerbank is normal microusb with a type-c built in tip adapter.. maybe that counts as the 2nd cable when they were doing the promo materials Not all marketing people are techies?
