Of course it become longer and only the golden ticket can redeem the freebies that include starter pack. Else just free powerbank.

Samsung still not learn their lesson. Still 1 sale counter, 1 PWP counter and 1 redemption counter. Dafuq la Samsung. Pity those staff working really hard.

There are lot of staff but failed management. All those staff just stand there at demo set to accompany potential buyers. Shoulda take few people there and open new counter. Seriously la Samsung.

You see how the staff there really hardworking to settle fast. One customer per counter is 7 minutes. SME is a joke. Failed management.
