Mine has red tint. Not going to change. Found out that Samsung already got code to alter this red tint before the update.

Mine was fairly white, only the edges. Then I found this code on xda. Its at level 1 (-2). Reset it to 0 and it will look a lot red. Then adjust the red level from Settings until lowest looks even better.
Personally I think the edges look red because this screen is like this, although I wonder why the top look a bit red while bottom is ok. Even when its totally white, when not looking straight, it's red. I don't really care. I suppose most will be like this.
tough armor is the one with kickstand? mine as well, but it's cos it's not sticked on dead center. Mine only got pushed on one corner, and verifying the front clear coat it seem to be tilted. If they film is sticked at the absolute centre as it was intended to, it will not be pushed by the casing. I am going back to re-apply my front coat so that i can use my spigen

i will try other SP, miss TG tho but edge phones cannot use TG with casing. will keep the clear coat for warranty purposes
Its a new function to save your eyes... dont u know blue light stresses your eyes... these days going red is all the rage man. Get a decent monitor, click on reading mode, and suddenly its all red...
any good tempered glass sp which is casing friendly ?
i think no TG is case friendly, certain SP still got chance. trying out another SP tomorrow , will let u know if successful.

try using it first, after i did the 15987 color balance thing, color tint gone.
Yeah, i needed to put mine at the "right-most" number in the 15987 fix to minimize the red tint - still some at the edges but honestly it doesn't bother me after a while so I'm not gonna go in for service center and risk anything since not 100% chance i'd get back a "perfect" unit.
My bigger "struggle" is after done setting up everything, I realize there really isn't much difference over my old Z5 other than the screen and camera lol - I'm still back to whatsapping and surfing the net. But at least it's surfing on a prettier-looking phone now lol.
for me number 0 and 1 more to red, 2 slight red but cooler, 3 is green yellowish. ahah. actually red feels better then the yellow warm, not sure why people prefer that tho. i used z1 before haha, all the flaps koyak coz keep charging, broke my screen twice tho, painful experience.
I realized that my device has got slight redish tint on the right edge.
Before i install the update, the 15987 code, was at -2. After i installed, it then jumped -3. which is slightly better. Still, i am seeing red tint at the right side of my screen. It's minimal, but for OCD people like myself, might take times to accept it.
Bro, do you know if it will impact my phone if the TG is having rainbow effect on my screen?
bro -3 is still abit reddish but ez on the eye, if u wan no red can try click 3 >>>>> it will be -9
if got rainbow effect, means got gap between the TG and screen izit? if so, will have touch sensitivity issue right?
