Finally bought one S8+ today, from Samsung store. 

No red tint issue. And yes, The edge got some blueish and greenish tint, but when I pusing the phone around, it will disappear. So ya. Confirmed it's a reflection.

Surprisingly, they accepted trade in of my 1 & 1/2 yrs old Note 5 by offering RM1000, which is higher than the price tag stated on their trade in website. I am lazy to find another buyer in such a short period. So the trade in offer is good enough for me. Inb4 if someone say it's my loss, well, frankly speaking, I don't really care.

Everything finished setup. First impression. Smooth and fast. It does have some small hiccups here and there, but it's hard to notice. I also had that kind of issue in my Note 5. So not a big deal. First time using edge screen, I feel so weird. Need some time to get used to it. LOL 

Tomorrow will buy the official Samsung casing. And start my S8+ journey.

No lah. I didn't join because I didn't plan to buy it in the first place. And then things happened. So I changed my mind and go for one. Haha.

went to apply clear coat last night for front and back only, but case keep pushing film at the upper and bottom lip. anybody experienced this? using ringke onyx btw.

Guys, does you guys s8 looks really red under basic amoled mode?

Mine looks good under adaptive but is really red when switch to other mode

same, basic mode is like red edition for me dy

S8 is NOT a phablet. S8 is just a typical 5.1" standard phone that elongated to 18:9 screen ratio. its body size is not much different than S7.

S8+ is comparable to S7E and it can be considered as phablet. It is not huge too.

Just let the staff from HAo and help you for the installation. Tell them that you need strong sensitivity, glue will be less but still full gluing for the stability. Damn sexy, trust me, you can fit with the SME de case gift, and you can showoff your phone by putting down the screen on the table.

My S8 under adaptive display no red-tint issue everything default settings on the RGB slider and 0 on *#15987#
While in basic mode, the screen gets warmer tone but not reddish.

So yeah I guess thats the advantage of having no red-tint issue in the first place, while those with red-tint on adaptive display are just masking it over, when you switch to Basic you can still see the reddish tint over it.. But then again how many will use basic mode right. I find it ugly. Adaptive mode spoiled me already

Is it confirmed by samsung that we can replace the red tint unit between 3 days? I just bought from roadshow today, rushing a bit, sampai rumah baru notice ada red tint..
