Haha. It depends bro. You can still choose certain branch which don't have much crowds, go collect at certain non-peak hours which don't have much people to queue up.

Or you can just wait at the Samsung stores on 4th may, wait for the pre-order buyers walk in and ask them to let you see the phone on spot. Haha. Just joking.

if i cancel order and ask for refund then i can't complain much la.

But for my case:-
1. Shoppu did not update their website when the item was already out of stock, that's why my order went through.
2. Nobody took initiative to update me when the item could not be processed. the order status only shows "processing". if I did not call Shoppu after 1 week, Shoppu wouldn't do anything too. I don't know it is the merchant's fault or Shoppu's fault.
3. Shoppu's customer service officer at first said the refund would take 7-14 working days starting from the day I called in, not from the day that I ordered the item. Today the customer service officer said 14-21 working days. u know 21 working days is a month long right?

this must definitely be SME's PR.    Dun forget we will still do the same wake up early and drive, traffic jam, park and queue up with the crowds for the collection from the store if you pre-order from SME.

Can't remember too well. All I remember was 50% off for second unit. They formed a queue outside on of the entrance. When door opened, those late one rushed in. Those in queue couldn't get. Those who didn't get ended up begging Samsung to let them get it. Finally Samsung released 100 more for the same promo.

Please la... if you preorder, guarantee freebies. You want to try be first 200? Obviously Samsung is trying to buy your time while at the same time making you part with more money for some gimmicky stuffs.
