any of you tried smart switch to transfer data from old phone (mine is s7e) t0 s8 and got it succeeded ?i keep having device disconnected issue in the middle of transfer. been trying with different cable etc. The USB connector is connected to new device.

Is this the first time you registerd Samsung warranty? The message won't come to you so soon. You may need to wait until end of the day or even the next day. But for sure, you will receive it eventually. That's my own experience on buying 3 different Samsung devices before.
