quite sad that samseng treat their Pre-oder customer like that..
i standby at their website 2 hours before pre-order open..

at least samseng should open up the 50% discount for Pre-order customer also..

It's for 200+200 = 400, for Klang Valley road show. Not sure why they separate it to 200 each in the table though.

Please send message to their official FB account demanding th same discount be offered. I already did so. Hopefully enough of us making noise will make them give the same offer.

IMO, pre-order is much convenient since you can just relax and sit tight in home/office and click, and wait for delivery or self collect at your own convenience. While the road show you need to wake up early and drive, traffic jam, park and queue up with the crowds. Not to mention that the early bird promotion is very limited. So if compare each pros and cons, pre-order offer is still better than roadshow offer.

Freebies almost the same as those early birds and the worst is we only get it one day earlier.

Haha. It depends bro. You can still choose certain branch which don't have much crowds, go collect at certain non-peak hours which don't have much people to queue up.

if i cancel order and ask for refund then i can't complain much la.

But for my case:-
1. Shoppu did not update their website when the item was already out of stock, that's why my order went through.
2. Nobody took initiative to update me when the item could not be processed. the order status only shows "processing". if I did not call Shoppu after 1 week, Shoppu wouldn't do anything too. I don't know it is the merchant's fault or Shoppu's fault.
3. Shoppu's customer service officer at first said the refund would take 7-14 working days starting from the day I called in, not from the day that I ordered the item. Today the customer service officer said 14-21 working days. u know 21 working days is a month long right?
