Hi, i'm planning to start a youtube channel. (with a team) meanwhile, i noticed that the google adsense are only available for >10k views video. while thinking how to survive... i noticed that there are some investor platform for vlog/youtuber... (saw it somewhere from someone's youtube video) yet i forget the link.. :'( Anyone would like to share how youtuber earn? from my poor understanding: 1. google adsense 2. find investor... Any ideaS?

10k views doesn't mean you will earn a lot. You'll earn maybe just a decent USD50-200 from there unless the content of the video and the ads share the similar content. You might get more Pay Per Click/View.
If you have lots of subscriber, lets say 100k above. You are basically a Social Media Influencer. Generally means You Influence a lot of people what to wear, buy and get. Maybe from there your viewers will buy the product/subject you have.
That's where Marketing team from certain company/brand will approach you and propose you a commission.
It is not easy nowadays.

you earn from your youtube views. When you become a youtube partner, they will pay you based on the number of views in your videos. You can use other social media sites to help direct the traffic to youtube which help to increase the views.
