1. New one is Battery Monster. (Battery always low even just two week after new battery install).
2. Screen will Always fails to work. (my three week old and start showing missing pixel).
3. Fail to detect by Toll. (high high chances, every time pass must pray)

we pay for smart tag, end up we got dumb TAG.

Near TPM petronas or Seremban highway near UPM junction that petronas, u can get it there.

dont get the new version(small), so many problem.. cant detect etc..
try get the old one.. second hand oso can..

I faced all three problems.

Got lazy to pray. Coz the smart tag makcik marah me cakap no battery (when I just changed to new one)

Use card only now. Slow sikit, but reliable.

Lousy smart tag some time no work

With all the complains of the new ones, why mine after 6 months still ok jer, no need change battery or what, passing rate also more than 99%, only once I failed...

How many version are there? 2 only right? fat and slim

My new version smart tag does not have batt problem but have display problem. Slowly missing digit until cant see shit.

Fixed it by dismantling the shit out of it and use a pencil and scrape through the paper thin connector on the board. Insta fixed!

Petronas PLUS south bound just before serdang exit.

I already saw quite alot of toll. Got 1 lane will RFID. Got blue banner wan. Causes confusion to road user. Actually can use touch n go that lane. But most ppl avoid going into that lane due to the RFID signboard

Could not agree more.

The plastic housing / component are unpolished, sharp edges for holding.

this is the inferior stuff that we have no choice but to pay and pray, for the monopoly contract signed between certain parties to songlap the rakyat.

If we are not happy, queue longer for TnGo or use old road, nonsense.

It's really astounding, I mean many people have smart tags but would be switching lanes to Touch n Go lanes of the queue is long and not moving.

I observe this happens more frequently at LDP.

Possible reason

1. Don want open windows donwan dust and smoke come in. Got kids or older people later sick
2. Sometimes even though smart tag lane q is long but this lane is fastet than shorter q from touch n go. Becoz no need to stop for seconds to touch. True story. Unless stucked becoz vehichle infront smart tag cannot read then pandai pandai lah switch lane or wait
3. No need to stop and accelerate agin from full stop. less fc usage

And im one of the many who does that

I bought mine at Lazada .
After discount about rm 110 only ,

So far so good , just ensure keep at nice place a place where never kena sunlight , then your device sure working fine ever after many many years

Just check at Lazada sir , warranty is just standard 1 year. But if you take care the smart tag, maybe can use 3-5 years

My nearly 10 years old smart tag still working great...drop so many times lost count already, display also still good as new. Another one not nearly as old (same model), 5-6 years old also still working great except it drain battery in just 3 days...modded the smart tag so it uses the power from the car power socket.
