Dear @Maxis,

Recently, I just subscribed to a Maxis Home Fibre 30 Mbps with VOIP service.

I was given a twelve month Iflix subscription card. I redeem the code and received a twelve month membership.

I believe I am entitled to 24 months Iflix membership for the duration of the contract, which is 24 months. That's what I understood from the Maxis Home Fibre advertisement.

If this is true, when I will be getting the subsequent 12 months membership?

BTW, attached is screenshot of the Iflix membership to confirm my twelve months membership.
