 My dad buying first prop, affordable house

hi
one question for government project procedure

my dad is applying landed house at johor @ around RM170k
this is his FIRST house . (Developer cooperate with Government)

1st Ques : SPA name will be my dad with developer . can i put my name inside SPA too ? i have prop already .

2nd Ques : Base from my dad current financial , bank might reject his loan . So far as i know , for Loan agreement i can put his & my name inside for bank loan , meanwhile i've 2 prop already this will be my 3rd . It's first for my dad . so loan % will be 90% or 70% ?

does developer allow u to put name there? most govt project got requirement (eg salary must be lower than how much..)

if developer allow u to put, then sure u can put if u want

whether can put 1 name on SPA and 2 name on loan is depend on bank

for loan margin but most likely cannot 90%

Ts, tumpang tanya in this thread, regarding loan for under construction prop.
Before full release, we do only need to pay interest monthly right.. Do that payment will deduct principle or not?

yes , pay bank interest only .

no , it's purely interest . not principle money involved . only after VP (vacant possesion) only u pay ur principle money

If that's the case, means the earlier the VP, the better will be, no need to keep paying interest
