there should be a card that has a section for you to scratch to reveal a redeem code on the applicable PS Store region (in this case yours should be applicable to country like SG, MY, TH, IND)
at least that's how it was in the Uncharted Adventure Bundle. if still cannot find the card, ask the vendor/shop if they are suppose to give you one.
