Set your topic to Codes and Promotions
Select "Invalid code"
Where it says type the error message just say "Beta Code not received"
Select your contact option and make sure it is email
Fill in the details with the title being something like "Beta code not received" and describe your issue. It says it might take 72 hours but that is bullshit as for me and my friend it took 5 minutes.
