I assume u are purchasing using web browser? It's a known common issue because web-version PSN store has a very strict verification criteria for credit/debit card.

Try purchasing thru your PS4 console.

I just use PSN money from 7-11. Or if you really want to try using CC but don't want to take the risk, try using a prepaid CC. Ambank used to have one but dono if still available now. TuneBIG is one you can apply and use. Just top up before using and you're all set.

If the CC kena hijack also you won't feel so bad cos you only lose the amount you top up and not the whole credit limit. Just don't top up RM500 and them only use RM50 la  that's just crazy.

Because its got a mediocre IPS panel, which means poor blacks. The TV doesn't even get brighter than 400 nits, which is hilarious to call it a HDR TV.
It also doesn't have WCG capability as it's only using an 8-bit panel, also the motion clarity of this TV is subpar.

The only thing the TV does well is input lag, which usually comes in below 20ms.

To answer your second question, no - a good TV does not exist between 1.8k-2.5k range.

Redownload, or backup on external HDD since PS4 can play games on external HDD now.

There is a data transfer option.
1. Switch both PS4 on.
2. Connect both PS4 to a router via wireless or Lan cable.
3. If it's wireless, connect a Lan cable between both PS4.
4. On your new PS4 pro, it will prompt you if you want to transfer the data from an older PS4.
4. Do so and follow the prompt.

Main Addvantange are
- don’t need to head to a shop to purchase it. You get it immediately
- don’t need to change disc when you’re changing games. - PS4 runs a lil bit quieter since there are no disc to spin
- you can technically share your games on another PS4, and you can bring your games anywhere.
- can be pretty cheap during sales
- save on physical space. Over the course of a PS4 lifespan. You may own 20-100+ games. Those will take up space.

Disadvantage
- can’t sell it off
- it’s not a physical media. So there are no memorabilia’s.
- you will need to download it. If you’ve a bad internet speed, this will be a significant issue.
- in the distant future where PSN stops supporting PS4 games, all these games will be gone and you’re unable to download any from the network. Also applies if you decide to try piracy/jailbreaking and your account is banned.

PS Now getting offline downloads is actually a very big deal. I mean, $100 a year and you'll be able to play almost every PS4 game however much you want without dealing with latency issues? That is quite the game changer.

You don't need PS+ to play PS Now
but you'll need a valid subscription for PS Now

but for now the lag is the main killer, as it's streamed from other side of the globe

PS Now requires its own separate subscription, independent of that to PS+. You do not need a PS+ sub to play anything from PS Now.
Of course. The list grows every month and obviously they aren't going to ever put games that are not more than 6 months old on the list. But I think if we look at it in 2 years or so from now, when the PS4 starts phasing out - then it's really not illogical to see majority of the PS4 games available through PS Now.

Here are some accessories which I personally find useful.

1. Official vertical stand.

2. Nacon controller 2. Yes it’s wired, but now I don’t have to worry about charging my controller ever.

3. 2TB external hdd to store games

4. Usb thumbdrive for save files

5. Save wizard software. Basically it’s a cheat engine/game shark for single player games. When you’re too busy to grind, this is what I use.

What I found wasn’t very useful
1. Any “cooling” system. It doesn’t work.
2. Ps4 official platinum and gold headset.
3. PSVR and Camera(subjective, but I personally do not like it)

I do not service my PS4 unless it breaks.
Such as when the HDD stopped working.
I do keep it in an open, relatively dust free environment though.
