what 4K HDR tv are you using?
does your tv has HDR10?

i googled the spec of Panasonic DX700.
it has only HDR 8bit whereas the requirement for PS4 pro to run 4K is HDR 10bit.
but i doubt that is the main reason though.

maybe you need to update your TV BIOS or something?

i'll stick to 1080p 60fps at the moment.
perhaps when the 4K HDR tv is within affordable budget, then i might invest in one.

also, currently new generation consoles can only do 4k 30fps, NOT 40k 60fps.

Is the LG's OLED TV worth buying for the PS4 Pro?

Was initially waiting for the Samsung KS7000's price to drop but they're pretty hard to find now.  On the bright side, OLED TVs are even better.  Only problem is they're still kinda pricey even with some of promos I've came across.
