Hi anyone here knows how to solve CE-32883-4 problem completely?Because it always happens to me now and I can't update or play any games online, BUT can online with my PSN account. And if I connect the PS4 to my phone's hotspot then it works fine.

Last time the problem was CE-32899-1 and also the same problem. It happened since October after I have updated the system software to version 5.00.

The problem sometimes can be solved if I unplug the router and modem and ps4 cable then wait for some time and plug them again, but not working all the time.

Anyone know how to solve this problem? Because it is quite irritating if I need to solve the problem like the way I did everytime and not everytime is successful.
Perhaps need to do some setting in my unifi?

Here are some of the information:
PS type: PS4 PRO
System Software:5.01
Network: Unifi Wifi

Try changing to Google DNS if you haven’t done that yet.

What kind of problem is it? Did you change to google dns too?
The other cause of the problem is the user agreement isn't being accepted after the update of system software, but mine wasn't this problem. Just wondering if other users aloa facing the same problem or only me.

Yes I changed to google dns. This was quite a while ago. So far so good. Pls note that I’m using unifi as well.
Not related to user agreement (in my case at least) coz I was having this problem before the update.

Check out this link, related to your error code:

Thanks a lot, it worked. Hope the problem won't come out again.
