should be more stable fps on very demanding game, like Just Cause 3. it can drop to as low as 15ish fps on PS4 phat/slim while pro sometime drops to 20ish fps.
20+fps is ok for me at least. but low then 24fps (movie standard) is not acceptable for me.
for Fifa I think maybe you miss out on HDR. not sure, need some googling

try playing Just Cause 3. is not Pro enhanced but FPS wise should be stabler. did does dip on Pro just not as bad. JC3 dip below 20Fps(non Pro) when lots of explosion happens. (yet people said it ran just fine on their non Pro PS4 )
I even play D2 doing public event my FPS is butter smooth stable although is 30 FPS lock. my friend said his FPS drop badly when cabals bomb every shit up.

with recent update there's super sampling. duh. it will super sample ps4 pro native resolution to a 1080p tv. looks way better than upscale. imagine watching a native 360p/480p youtube video in 2018 on 4k TV ok is not that bad. but still quite ugly.
further base/slim ps4 run some games below 1080p. pre 2010 game acceptable lor. now is 2018

if you need 2 hdmi & fhd is a bit tight squeeze. need to check lazada/11street/e-commerce site to find one

if you want true hdr 4k monitor. none so far. all hdr monitor nits are below 500 nits.
unless you can burnspend rm6k-20k you get sub par hdr experience on most monitor/tv anyways.
