game is buy to play but got premium status, which u can buy it via in game currency.

well u're right that there are premium status, and without premium status the game is pretty unplayable (losing too much edge), but the game play can easily sustain you to perpetual premium status via in game gold.

Should go for Guild Wars 2 or Elder Scrolls Online Tamriel Unlimited

How's the population at Gw2 and eso?

for Gw2 is pretty good. the new areas are still very busy with people, but starter areas are more quiet. the base game is free to play with some restrictions so you can try out anytime.

price for the full game + expansion came down recently to $30 from 50, speculation is that new expansion is gonna be announced soon. gemstore is mostly cosmetic/QoL improvement stuff so nothing pay to win there.

it's different from usual MMORPG though, you don't keep grinding for better gear stats. i see most Msia players on NA servers. players largely from NA, Oceanic/SEA and EU.

for ESO, there will be Morrowind expansion soon. haven't played it so can't say much.
