1) Fully functional or describe how faulty it is .
Faulty, cannot boot in, it will boot loop but screen will turn on, battery is "pregnant", causing screen to pop up

2) Full box set with receipt ?
Just the ipad with box & receipt no charger

3) Condition of Tablet ?
Faulty, not planning to repair

4) Age and warranty .
Bought at March 2013, no warranty
