How do I switch to Umobile and keep my number? My mum wanna switch over to Umobile prepaid but their website does not show the option to "Switch" just "Upgrade". The upgrade option need to type in new sim card serial number all hmm.gif

I realized only Umobile has this inconvenient SOP. Digi, Hotlink, Xpax all can do online, register there and then and they will deliver the sim to your doorstep you foc.

I PMed Umobile's FB they said need to buy a new simpack to be able to switch over and keep the same number. Like wth? user posted image

Hmm... my mum wants mainly coz of data since Umobile offers the cheapest data option for prepaid cause her hotlink data always habis fast biggrin.gif
