just changed my plan from 28 to 38 last weekend at CS centre. 3 hours.

i didn't receive any email for changing plan. I went to CS centre then attended by a lady staff, she asked me to clear my P28 previous bill first then changed the plan for me. She told me later restart your phone for your new plan to work after 3 hours.

just now 8.05am i login, it shown maintenance until 8.15am i login and claim , fully grabbed... lol???
