Hi everyone,

I'm using the U Mobile iPlan since I bought my iPhone 6 with them. It's been 2 years and I'm thinking of switching to the normal UMI plan. But I can't seem to switch through the app, the UMB menu, or throught SMS.

The message that I get from all the method i tried is "You are not able to subscribe to this plan. Please proceed to buy a Booster plan to enjoy high speed internet"

I've been to the U mobile shop at 1U, they told me to switch by myself, I called the customer service, the girl told me to switch through the UMB menu.

Anyone experience this before? Can please help.
