credit transfer?

Hi everyone,

I would like to seek for help/advise on my U mobile Prepaid Plan.

1. On 2nd Apr 2017, I travel from Malaysia back to Singapore and my prepaid plan became totally no coverage instead of switch into roaming mode.
2. My account is active and I still have plenty credit balance in it.
3. on 22nd Apr 2017, I felt frustrated and I plan to visit umobile store to replace the sim card (I thought was sim card faulty), but right on the time I reached JB custom, the Sim card and coverage became back online and usable. On the same day when I travelled back to Singapore, It did switch to roaming status.
4. Currently, 23rd Apr 2017, the sim card status became No Line and services at all again.

Does anyone facing the similar problem or it's just me.

credit share does not go to main balance...tested liao...the reason i transfer just now is need rm 2 to make my friend credit bcome rm 50(was49) just to buy the umi50... haiz got cheated by the 'airtime only'

my credit expired on the 29 may can i still using the internet?

Oh... Looks that U Mobile 1800MHz is available in that area... Because iPhone 5 does not support 2600MHz, which is the only frequency band used by U Mobile all these years... Now they got 1800MHz.

Maybe your area has been upgraded the capacity and added spectrum(900MHz) for 3g

last time i just request a card from them and use it . no need to link since it is the same bcard number

Then what happen if you lost the card?
That means you can't get a replacement card?

Day 5, still no internet at my place. Maintenance still not completed.

CS said it is a scheduled 2days maintenance to change the antenna by Maxis from 15 August. Extended 2days but still no news when they can complete the job. From 14 Aug, the internet was giving problems and have been using Digi BB.
