Going to swtich plan from old P50 to P38 for my cousin to take unlimited call plan.
Pity that must need to visit the center to change it, it should make easy to swtich by calling or writing to them..

How about kodi? Speed restrictions again for p78?

Don't worry about phone only' plan restrictions, there's​ way to overcome it. For example, cast or mirroring the phone screen to TV.

I used to do it with webe, before

If samsung, can use the app sidesync to mirror the phone to PC or use Samsung All Share to cast it to TV.

I can use Kodi and cast it to my TV , BTW this is legal and won't breech the T&C
