I was charge rm4 for Erosnow subscription this month while it is clear that I don't have any subscription to my known.

Have made a report to umobile. Will see how it goes.

Just want to ask fellow LYN here,

anyone of you suffers subscription from Erosnow and you cannot cancel even after you sent the cancellation SMS to 28122?

I usually suffers this with Celcom but now it's Umobile.
I have complaint to Umobile and also Erosnow. Really upset with Umobile, now since their reply is very slow, the auto weekly subscription has been renewed for another week.


Hopefully CFM will sue them for this.
