Wifi calling that one can understand since it is tapping on any working wifi. And it does not really on their own network. This make sense especially it is the telco that is known to have poor coverage, so wifi calling compliments it.

But voLTe I really did not see much relevant to it given its poor network coverage and speed.

Then it might be either the particular video's bitrate is higher than usual, even in 480p. Or, you are in an area where the download speed is lower than 1.5Mbps, causing buffering even in 480p.

Just ported out to Celcom due to unstable speed with Umobile's data. Even with full signal LTE, the line will suck.

And for some reasons unknown, I can't use VoLTE on my iPhone even though it is all activated. I've monitored it and everytime it will switch to 3G during call and revert upon disconnecting.

But, once it stabilizes, for sure I will be back to BIG data bucket of Umobile 😂😂😂

I work at midvalley, 90% of times, the 3G line is fine. No issue.

new Umobile app is kinda messy and clustered..

old one is more simple and easy to use

Time to upgrade your phones... C'mon Android 4.1.2 is Jelly Bean and was released back in 2012.. Tons of OS specific improvements have happened since its release.. Phones running Marshmallow or minimum Lollipop are cheap today.. JB is considered obsolete. My 2 cents.

yeah I notice that, lucky there are some workaround for it that I am mostly happily using it right now. Still, line stability is a huge concern here, I believe the worst thing about uMobile is the tower hopping issue.

You are standing at a spot where signal is decent, then you try to access internet, seems like it doesnt work you then notice your signal seem to be a little jumpy, from 4 bars to 2 bars and to 4 bars again. This is the situation caused because they only have low penetration frequency i believe, and i also heard complain about how Maxis is throttling their speed in favor for Maxis' own speed Hopefully the mass migration to 900Mhz in the near future will solve most of the line issue

Very true. Jellybean and Kitkat is so so ancient. Omg I bought my note 3 neo 3 yrs ago. And it's on 2gb ram Android 5.1.1 now. I wonder how many ppl actually can survive today on a 2gb ram. Minimum also 3gb ram due to heavy games and graphics. It's not that expensive to actually buy a marshmallow Android version phone.  Redmi 4x cheap cheap only
