If not why Maxis until now have Selamba promotion.. Doesn't seem want to compete with other Telco to get in more customers.
Maxis rather have quality over quantity.

just downgrade Umobile...
really cannot tahan the turtle speed especially at night.

my area congestion damn bad...
byebye P98 and share 20

harlo P70 for now

When i first sub to P98... Lovely speed until dropping dropping like Shiiiiit.... Even Share 20 crawling speed especially at night..

See if it can last at least one month from now on your location.
Umobile just lose me on P98 + share 20....i downgrade to p70 this month.. That because my girlfriend dorm still good but not on working place.

If not I would have jump ship to other Telco.

Called up and complain and the operator said they already found the issue. Its due to high usage at the area.. But no solution for this yet ...

Im already using dual sim to test out other connection. Most probably will top up RM5 every 2 months just to get my number retained while using SIM2 for call and data.

Become hopeless ady. when things become cheap, everyone port in.. same case like digi.

Umobile aroung KL area is hopeless..
I had to let go my Share 20 which piggyback onP98

now i have even downgrade to P70 and let my GF use at her working place where she say it is ok wor.
but seeing her data usage so little..
maybe i will downgrade even further to P48 soon

Umobile was ok initially way back Dec last year when i was using P98.
i think hor..

their latest offer unlimited P78 but using on mobile definitely contribute to it.
Masjid Jamek...those surrounding are have many migrants worker...bangla..mynmar..

how to solve whenever you call up their CS who only take your report but never get back to you unless you escalate your problem to MCMC?

Umobile customer service is horrible lo.
whenever you report your place Umobile slow..turtle...Guess what...it will be the same problem until unless their so-call technical Dept decide to look into your report.
