I have same phone like you, but it shows h if you're connected to 3g but mobile internet is not on

If your sim is E (sometimes mine did), switch on flight mode, then switch off flight mode and quickly turn on mobile data

Sometimes when I try to connect to internet, it fails, then you need to set manual apn

Go to sim setting, choose sim Umobile at bottom, then set apn as my3g
.
Try other phone first, coverage maybe the cause
*
Thanks for your explanation. The apn already set to my3g. I guess its the coverage problem. Outside I can use 3g in puchong area. My house only can use 2g , 3g I cant connect to internet .

Buy this - http://www.lazada.com.my/u-mobile-rm-100-d...87648.html?ff=1

Can apply ezback, pay RM85 rather than RM92 (or 95). Big difference.

my 1st bill is rm 48.15. like that , i'm not entitled to use ezback code to get 15% discount
