yup agree just change first, we have our right to switch whenever we want, when digi is congested and U Mobile is better then switch back or going M/C...., this is actually happening everyday

what i can tell is CS really unreliable, some service requests have to get done by customers themselves (e-billing, roaming, IDD activation) but how they confirm is that request done, normally you can check with us (dealer).

digi and umobile abang adik, but whats good is normally either 1 is good in that area, normally digi sucks umobile good, or umobile sucks digi is good, but then still adviced to purchase a prepaid from any convenient store and try it out for few days

then might consider to convert ur current number into umobile with me for discount

ya this is the best part of UMI, since umobile offering monthly RM 20 plan, so no point that u are unable to use the internet once ur validity is expired

but i love digi RM 1 extend validity for 2 days

suggest to use 3g while 4g is not running, these few days same problem T_T

umobile mainly in town only, they are not going to expand that fast yet since the indoor strength finally getting upgrade, but then when they have same standard with other big 3, i believe the price would getting higher and quota getting less

sometimes when u are connected with 4g network it is not working at all, 3g is more stable for now, even 4g is faster when stable...

lately 4g is so unstable at some areas, not recommended to use at all, and i found that U mobile LTE spectrum 1800 is on, which my 4G mifi without 2600 getting 4g LTE now, so Iphone 5/5s user may try to connect U Mobile 4g now
