I use webe streaming movie.. Drama... Thru usb cable thru pdanet setting to highest level hide data usage...
Maybe because I rarely download... No suspend whatsoever.

As long my place webe got good signal.. I just stream 24 away especially when I come back from Friday night until Sunday night... Of course thru phone Lah.

My hunch.. Occasional download is OK.
I believe webe have a script whee they measure you GB usage against hour

You see.... Let say movie Is 1GB... Download Let say in 20mins
But If you wẻre to watch direct streaming... That 1gb could be 1hour long.

See the obvious "bypass tethering" symptoms.
That is consider 1 red flag..
Maybe in webe system per day have 10 red flag.

Do downloading more that 10 time per day... Bấm.. Suspend

Two.. WEBE mobile can can do tethering as long you pay..

Can subscribe as long you willing to pay for tethering charges.

So don't go to Umobile and condemn plan P78.... It is clearly stated use on mobile.

Or condemn Digi Infinite 80 which is obviously fully subscribed.

Umobile getting worse day by day..

If you see video at YouTube... It will always capped.
Try to see video at different website..

Try using VPN

Umobile useless at congestion place.
