Anybody experienced network data disconnection? It could happen sometimes in the morning for no reasons and there will network data wont work.

Actually besides there..I do have noticed that few area that I visit often..already starting detect 4G+..which is good..

That's good. For me, I haven't noticed such. need to check more often or it's possible that the phone is incapable of 4G+.. I mostly see LTE. Fortunately, I'm not completely reliant on umobile's internet as I don't use it to browse the internet so much, so doesn't really affect.

of course its good at low yat, literally just next to UM HQ

Just want to check, for postpaid users, do we get any benefits from Auto-Debit through CC payment?

Rebates or something else...

Hey guys, I am not if anyone can help but recently I am not able to receive SMS on my Umobile line.

I have restarted, tried on different phone, checked SMS service number and I am not able to receive SMS.

I am currently in Australia and I have tried to use local to number to call, it works fine. Not SMS though!

I am wanting to receive bank TAC number...

No benefit..already ask Umobile center..

I'm getting extra data 250MB/mth for auto debit. Not sure if this is only for new customers.

That's just really sad.

I'm already using i90 plan. I don't think the extra 250mb would contribute much on top of my bandwidth quota. Haha

Is it all SMS or only bank tac?
If bank tac cannot and no problem for normal SMS then call to u mobile service center ask them to log case.

Previously mine one at other country also cannot receive tac code and they spent 1 week to solve...

All sms.. but it kept my phone on the whole night and all went through. It has been working fine now - so far!

any LTE network problem for past few days? my area (meru) LTE slow like snail even opening u.com.my can also time out , I noticed it only happen since sunday it was fine and dandy before
