Hi guys, what's the 3G band that's umobile using & how to check?
Wanted to get booster for 3g signal inside house but I need to confirm what's the band first

ya this is the best part of UMI, since umobile offering monthly RM 20 plan, so no point that u are unable to use the internet once ur validity is expired

but i love digi RM 1 extend validity for 2 days

I use webe streaming movie.. Drama... Thru usb cable thru pdanet setting to highest level hide data usage...
Maybe because I rarely download... No suspend whatsoever.

As long my place webe got good signal.. I just stream 24 away especially when I come back from Friday night until Sunday night... Of course thru phone Lah.

My hunch.. Occasional download is OK.
I believe webe have a script whee they measure you GB usage against hour

You see.... Let say movie Is 1GB... Download Let say in 20mins
But If you wẻre to watch direct streaming... That 1gb could be 1hour long.

See the obvious "bypass tethering" symptoms.
That is consider 1 red flag..
Maybe in webe system per day have 10 red flag.

Do downloading more that 10 time per day... Bấm.. Suspend

Two.. WEBE mobile can can do tethering as long you pay..

Can subscribe as long you willing to pay for tethering charges.

So don't go to Umobile and condemn plan P78.... It is clearly stated use on mobile.

Or condemn Digi Infinite 80 which is obviously fully subscribed.

been 2 weeks no chase for thursday freebies

but offers seems not that much attractive which got very limited places need travel far and also need "dine in" requirement

What app can I use to check the 3g band at my area?
I tried LTE Discovery app on unrooted Redmi Note 3 Pro, it's HSPA+ but no 3g band listed

currently using E372 + TL-MR3220 P98..seems a good deal but the opportunity cost is that i can't use the unlimited voice..should i get CPE? Not really using the voice calls, but still a big loss not utilize what is free..hehehe.. oh and i do not buy the modem and router simultaneously, only mr3220 for RM65, the E372 was from maxis BB that i subscribed a longgg time ago..can i get CPE modem for RM300?

sure you can..wanna topup can do by sms or by app as well as subscribe to UMI. AFAIK only P78 can't put in to usb modem

Guess its not your lucky day eh..better survey first..to make it right, change the plan to P98 for unlimited video onz,app onz for speed capped to 1.5Mbps and 30GB of high speed..

p98 boleh..pakai 4g router like tl-mr3420 boleh hotspot satu rumah kalau suda ada usb modem..kalau belum ada usb modem,better get CPE modem, boleh guna telephone as well
