I am quite certain there are some of you in here. I've searched through the forum and found some old threads on the subject which I didn't feel good about necroing. So, to fellow Msians who are in the Keto / LCHF lifestyle, where do you usually shop for your groceries? Keto / LCHF lifestyle can be really tight on the wallet these days, especially with the falling RM and buying imported cheese can be a real pinch.

May I know why do you want cheese if you're tight on the wallet?

Jaya Grocer - Kerrygold Butter, Kale
Aeon Jusco - Lemon, Fresh Vege
Giant - cheap avocado (real cheap!)

I just consume cheaper alternatives like broccoli, eggs, bayam, tomatoes, mostly green vegetables for the most basic superfood with important nutrients, minimal rice & carbs, sometimes rooted vegetables like sweet potatoes & carrots, 2 tablespoon of virgin coconut oil everyday, some bulletproof coffee if i need to unlock energy (not to drink it everyday though).

minimal cheese (weird these things gives me the heart palpitations & chest tightness...bluek), occasional red meat, main fish dish every other day...otherwise my meal consists of vegetable soups.
