I am considering getting a unit in sec 13 for own stay.
Jaya One is my first option, prefer sub-sale so that i can move in soon. But after reading this forum, i am reconsidering. Anyone has any good advice on sub-sale properties in sec 13? Or should I not consider sec 13 at all? My main concern now is the traffic.  Thank you. |
