For sure its a glorified ppr with facilities. In regards to workmanship.. its a gamble here.
Ive had experience with osk product, and so far, it is no issue with workmanship for my unit. Most defects were very minor. Major ones were 3 hollow tiles at the shower area, and maybe a crack on the door at the top hinge. Others are like dents on the baseboard. Few chips here and there. They rectified all within a month. One blown light, changed that in a week.
But Ive heard horror stories from other owners. Major ones were leaking on the wall, and toilet plaster ceiling collapsed. But these were isolated to 2-3 owners? No idea.
Ryan and Miho’s facade definitely looks cheap. Hoping my units view of the facility would overshadow the fact that im living in a pigeon hole haha

I still think the cheapness of the actual residence is not offset by the facilities deck which yea is quite creative though feels quite forced. Doesn’t feel cohesive.

The void and the door grills... fuhhh... reminds me of low cost flat....

the units fittings and everything definitely low cost....

the developer seriously threw all of the budget into facility only... and I got to give credit where credit is due... facility does look very nice from iHerngs video... and of course the bridge connecting to jaya one is a big plus....

Lower cost doesn’t mean something has to look so cheap. Something like Tuan Residence comes to mind. Affordable units but designed well and practically. Lest we forget this development wasn’t exactly cheap and is leasehole.
Whilst it might work in dry Mediterranean heat, in this humid country you’re asking to be suffocated. Even if anyone wants to sun tan, you do it by the pool with plenty of ventilation. Not practical and a waste of building budget. I wish no more developments try to “copy” other people’s culture and instead proudly display the best of Malaysian culture and practicality whether it’s a kampung type environment or once again like Tuan with the peranakan vibe.

I remember it was RM750-800+ psf ... which was slightly lower than its atwater counterpart... around RM850-900+ psf when first launch...quite a premium to pay for a high density & low quality spec project...

Anyway.. I wonder who is the target audiance for this project.... obviously isn't luxury since the units are as low quality as it gets.... basically the entire project without the facilities could just as well be a brand new low cost flat based on how it was designed...

Giving it a deeper thought... the facilities seem awfully useless other than just nice decorations... as some have pointed out... many of the facilities are just white elephants....
