I visited the showroom a few months back, the SA mentioned that the Developer already planned to absorb the bumi quota, meaning to pay a penalty for it, and just sell all the units as normal units and price. Not sure how that works or what it entirely means, but yea...apparently not gonna have bumi units lol.

I recall that is what IJM plans to do for their remaining 50% bumi units at Inwood Residences in PSP last time I paid a visit to their sales gallery.

Yup, apparently so. I think they already considered the penalty in their initial planning and probably reflected it in their overall pricing.

yeah, I've never heard of it before either. Hence as mentioned I'm not sure how it works and I might have misunderstood the SA, just sharing when I saw @beancounter said about the sticker board not having bumi coded stickers, maybe it was because of that. So don't quote me on this haha, go and find out and do more research if needed.
