i recently got approval from both bank for my housing loan, both with 4.3% interest rate. i am confusing which one to choose, can any expert here can advise?

still try to understand what is the pros and cons, my UOB banker help me to applied for home financing-i instead of UOB flexi loan saying this Islamic loan is better
