but later another enforcement officer come to you, he wont care about the how you were treated when making clarifications last time.
to be fair... anyone can cook up a story and say  "last time i go counter check the officer says no need)

the property and loan is under my wife name... so she is payment the installment and rental

the tenancy agreement is under my name, i collect the rental and pass to her.....
not sure if i could still deduct the loan interest
