2. if the title has been released, if not yet, the age of the property (most banks don't finance sub sale for property close to 10 years without strata title)
3. if the title hasnt been released, if the purchaser bought the unit as a bumi-lot or not (depends whether are u bumi? if yes then no issues to buy. if ur non bumi, just check whether owner is bumi.)
4. any current tenants in the house?
5. maintenance charges
6. kena sunlight or not, if yes kena morning or evening
7. ask anything u want under the sun, but number 1,2,3 is most important if u plan to take loan to finance the purchase.
