Anyway, i have no commends on Gita Bayu, never been to their club but the housing area looks like lots of big trees. As for Garden Residence, the landscaping is just average... most of the G&G around also at least have that standard or better. So nothing to shout about but i dont think it's that bad.

bad lah this developer..overpriced and under deliver...


got some buyers said never ever again when it comes to MS.. Landscaping btw is one of their weaknesses..
its pathetic if you look at their past development (not many but enough to tell a sad story)

Mah Sing

-My friend icon residence , until today they still fixing defect .small defect which can be done for 2 days but they need 2 weeks to be done .

- Starparc point setapak ,shoplot opposite setapak central mall , since VP until now Mahsing never do any promotion or any event over there to help boost the population surrounding , obviously is sell & run attitude . leftover those owner there & cant rent out their unit .
furthermore the first month of Starparc point VP , they install gated & security with high car park charges rate .
imagine who will spend RM2 per hour to a less than 20% shop operate area ? Owners there mostly are crying now

Hearsay MS has a lot of corruption in higher management. So dun expect quality products from them.

Should be internal coz wearing uniform..the market superhot than..Msuites Jln Ampang..one of the most dissapointing overpriced pojeks and in 2011..buyers must be damn sad coz if u buy any pojek in 2011 SURE MAKE BIG MONEY

Used to be their contractor,
Basically, their project team only concern about progress instead of quality.
Private developers mostly concerned about progress billing.
It is norm...

tai lan gong mah sing basically has no loyalty customer...they do gv members card....people do they do but langsung no follower type

now they want to go into rumah wip.....AK will clean sweep them

Got a lot of bad things.... If you go to housing tribunal, got as lot of cases against MS and their projects... No proper handover, don't want give drawings, blocking JMB formation..... Ask YB Tan Kok Wai about Wisma Mah Sing how from 1990s until now they blocking strata title for other purchasers,,, pityful

Strata title issue, no one can take the title away from MK Land, they are are the undisputed reigning champions of that category.

Which property is that? Commercial or residential?

Basically all projects under their masterplan of Damansara Perdana before new HDA act haven't received their strata titles yet. Dunno about the projects after the new act.
