Plenty of sources..

Protein: lentils, beans, nuts, quinoa, spinach, green veggies, soy , tempeh, tofu, grains, sprouted grain bread,

Fat- avocado, coconut oil,olive oil, flaxseed, dark chocolate, edamame, chia seeds, cashers, tofu, peanut butter , macadamia, brazil nuts, pecans, pine nuts
